Mentoring - a push in the right direction
The original meaning of the word "mentor" is the role of an advisor. Mentor was a friend of Odysseus in Greek mythology and the tutor of his son Telemachus. Nowadays, "mentoring" refers to a process in which a (professionally) experienced person (the mentor) supports a younger person by giving advice and establishing a network of contacts.
