The application and administration-process for internship grants is currently undergoing major changes, with the goal of migrating to an online system. This will include everything from the submission of applications, communication while abroad to the final report.

Please note, that during the test period your data will be hosted on an external server.

The procedure as well as the provider have been checked with regard to data protection. They meet the requirements of the Berlin Data Protection Act. After completion of the pilot phase, your data will be hosted exclusively on servers of the TU Berlin.

Multiple steps are required to complete your application. Start by registering in the Online-portal. After your details have been formally reviewed you will be able to complete the further steps of the procedure.

Attention: Only grant-applications with confirmed job offers from an internship company will be processed.

Your complete set of documents must be submitted to us no later than four weeks before the internship begins.

You will receive confirmation of acceptance or rejection of your application via e-mail within four weeks.

All documents necessary for the application will be provided to you via the online-portal.
