PREPARE provides students with the opportunity to hone their social and management skills in preparation for a job market and professional world where such skills are becoming ever more important.

Specific skills are trained in block seminars:

• e.g. teamwork, self-management, time management or leadership skills
• e.g. project management, marketing & sales or human resources management

After completing the block seminars, students apply and implement their newly acquired skills in a practical project lasting several weeks.

Students work on a real problem or task provided by companies in the region.
