Deutschlandstipendium - Talent meets funding

Since the start of the scholarship program, 1,190 students of TU Berlin were honored with a Deutschlandstipendium, 131 of them in the current 11th funding period 2021/2022. The Deutschlandstipendium scholarships are awared to high-performing and dedicated students in various disciplines.

Scholarship holders receive EUR 300 a month for at least one year - a scholarship is equally funded by private sponsors (companies, foundations, associations and private individuals) and the federal government. Funding is independent of personal or parental income and does not affect the BAföG allowance.

News

Applications for the next funding year 2022/2023 can be submitted from 15 June 2022, 10 am to 11 July 2022, 11:59 pm - exclusively online via the application portal, which will be open during this period. Information on the application process and the call for applications, including earmarks and access to the portal, is available here. The scholarship holders give an insight into the Deutschlandstipendium and their experiences with the scholarship in a series of interviews initiated and implemented by the working team Public relations (AG Öffentlichkeit, in German only).

Former and current scholarship holders are committed to the Deutschlandstipendium as Mission DStip - with events for scholarship holders and as donors for a scholarship.
